2-98: Revision of CIE 130-1998 Practical Methods for the Measurement of Reflectance and Transmittance

The terms of reference of this TC are to revise CIE 130-1998 Practical Methods for the Measurement of Reflectance and Transmittance, taking into consideration current CIE recommendations for terminology and definitions and knowledge gained since the introduction of the technical report.
